Mediation

Mediation is designed to resolve disputes without the time, expense, and frustration of the legal process. It can be used for almost any type of issue, but we focus primarily on mediation of family matters. The goal is for the parties to negotiate a solution that meets each of their needs. Family mediation services focus on situations that do not necessarily require therapeutic intervention:

  • Divorce mediation
  • Parenting during and after divorce
  • Determining child custody
  • Negotiating parent time
  • Reconciling family members who are estranged for whatever reason
  • Making amends or reparations (especially for those in recovery)
